Stand and Sing of Zambia, Proud and Free (укр. Зупинись та співай про Замбію, горду та вільну) — державний гімн Замбії. Був офіційно затверджений у 1964 після проголошення незалежності. Музика аналогічна до Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika, яка була написана у 1897 році Енохом Сантонгой, проте слова написані заново, так як у пісні Еноха йдеться про всю Африку, а не конкретно про Зімбабве.
