IE11 Support Added to GoogleTrans gadget

IE11 now works with the GoogleTrans gadget, although selected text translation (more than one word translation) does not work under ie11, although it remains working in other browsers, including ie10 and ie9.

10 new languages are supported now.

The romanisation code, which has been running on the ukwiki for 6 months now, is now integrated into the enwiki version of the gadget, although in the enwiki (and most wikis), it is turned OFF.

Romanisation code is turned ON for the ukwiki, your wiki.

Romanisation Trial turned off

Google seems to have turned off the undocumented romanisation service I was using to do romanisation. As such I have turned off the romanisation code in the gadget
