б) радіопередач (або їх фрагментів), уперше переданих до ефіру до 1 січня 1954 року;
виключне право на цей твір закінчилося, бо він входив до безгосподарного майна (стаття 1151 ЦК РФ). Твір також має знаходитися у суспільному надбанні у США.
