Віллард Вебстер Еґґлстон (англ. Willard Webster Eggleston; 28 березня 1863 року в Піттсфілді, штат Вермонт — 25 листопада 1935 року у Вашингтоні, округ Колумбія ) — американський ботанік, який працював у Бюро рослинницької промисловості Міністерства сільського господарства США. Він закінчив Дартмутський коледж у 1891 році зі ступенем бакалавра наук[2]. У своїй роботі над таксономією Crataegus, яка, як відомо, ускладнена апоміксисом, поліплоїдією та гібридизацією[3][4], він прагнув спростити її, протидіючи поширенню видових назв, які створили інші ботаніки[5].
