Девіс Гілберт (народився як Девіс Гідді, 6 березня 1767 — 24 грудня 1839) — британський інженер, письменник і політик.

Він був обраний до Королівського товариства 17 листопада 1791 року і служив його президентом з 1827 по 1830 рік. Він змінив своє ім’я на Гілберт у 1817 році та служив членом парламенту, спочатку від Хелстона в Корнуоллі, а потім від Бодміна.
