Victoria Vdovychenko

I've MSc and PhD in Foreign Policy and World History, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine.

Currently, I'm an Associate Professor and Researcher. She is working on the challenges of the European Union, Euro-Atlantic integration, hybrid warfare, strategic communication collaborating with such educational institutions as Kyiv Borys Grinchenko University as well as with “European Pravda” and “Ukrainian Interest” journals.

I'm in love with Italy and therefore became one of the key experts on Italy’s foreign policy in Ukraine as well as Political Advisor for Center for Civilians in Conflict (2018-2019) working on the project “Building capacity for protection of civilians in Eastern Ukraine”. I love being one of the team members for Professional Governmental Association (PGA) which aims to enhance Ukraine’s governance system by providing advisory support to the governmental institutions.
