Hi, I saw You have just reverted my minor correct in this article. I'm studying philosophy in Warsaw, where memory of Ajdukiewicz, one of the greatest logicians, is really vivid, so I know his thought and his biograpgy quite well. I'm also one of the authors of the article about him on the Polish Wiki. Ajdukiewicz studied mathematics in Gottingen, Hilbert (!) was his main teacher. He knew well modern mathematics, he knew well many mathematicians and mathematical logicians from the Lvov-Warsaw school. But he himself never wrote any piece of actual mathematical stuff. His contributions are focused only on the semiotics. His works on the pilosophical logic were very important for such mathematical logicians like Tarski or Leśniewski, but it always was the logic of language, not the formal logic.
