English: Coat of arms of Arbore, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema comunei Arbore, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema comunei Arbore se compune dintr-un scut cu fond albastru. Scutul este încărcat cu un semn în formă de cruce înscrisă în cerc și prelungită în partea de sus în formă de vârf de săgeată, însoțită de o stea cu șase raze, în stânga, și un crai-nou, în dreapta, – toate de aur. Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală cu un turn de argint.
Semnificațiile elementelor însumate: Propunerea de stemă a comunei Arbore asigură concordanța elementelor acesteia cu specificul economic, social, cultural și tradiția istorică ale comunei, respectând tradiția heraldică a acestei zone și legile științei heraldicii. Coroana murală cu un turn de argint semnifică faptul că așezarea este comună.

  • (d) means of payment;
  • (e) news and press information;
  • (f) simple facts and data.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
