How to delete an image from UkrWiki in three easy steps or why some people avoid using free licences

Guidelines for the Commons sysops and a good reading for those who might be interested.

Step 1. If the creator of the image was careless enough issuing it under one of the free licences, for example, {{PD-self}} , upload the image into Commons. Any user can do that.

Step 2. Wait until it is deleted from the UkrWiki. Now commons!

Step 3. Delete the image from the Commons. Now it is deleted everywhere!
