Джерело	Immediate image source: scanned from a copy of Jack Finney's novel Time and Again (1970). Previous publications: this image has been published in King, Moses S.: King's Handbook of New York City, 2nd ed., 1893, p. 746. (The first edition was published in 1892.) See HABS/HAER collections, page 9 of the data sheets on the Dakota building for confirmation of that 1893 publication. See also [1] for buying the whole book on CD.

Assuming it is an anonymous work (I've never seen a photographer's name associated with this image), I think the image would be even {{PD-old}}, as for anonymously published works, the copyright term starts to run at the first publication just about anywhere. Moses S. King himself most likely was not the photographer; he was an editor who published a whole series of such books; see e.g. this list. Lupo 15:12, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
