Anatolii Maksymiuk (Ukrainian: Анатолій Миколайович Максим'юк) (born 28 September 1987) — Ukrainian actor, director and screenwriter.
Anatoly Maksymyuk was born in the small village of Rivnya in Ukraine Karpaty. He graduated from high school in 2004. Until 2009, he studied at the Institute of Arts. There he received the profession of a theater and film actor. Worked as an actor in different theaters. In 2010, he entered the Kyiv Karpenko-Karyi Film Institute. The film director studied at the department. During his studies, he shot many films that participated in different international film festivals. I currently work as a director and screenwriter. Played the main role in the film Easterner.He is a member of the expert commission at the Council for State Support of Cinematography of Ukraine.
On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine. Now many regions of Ukraine are occupied. The Ukrainian economy is very weak. The state has no money to finance Ukrainian cinema. Ukrainian filmmakers are now in a very difficult situation and need international help.

Anatoly Maksimyuk is the great-great-grandson of the famous Hutsul [[]]singer Maria Krechuniak (Chukutykha). Maria is also known for the photo taken a hundred years ago and is popular even today
