Please restore Иаков Вирт you deleted, it is not a copy right violation

You asked here Вікіпедія:Статті-кандидати_на_вилучення/24_травня_2009#.D0.98.D0.B0.D0.BA.D0.BE.D0.B2_.D0.92.D0.B8.D1.80.D1.82_3.E2.80.940 to remove the article Иаков Вирт, because of copyright violation (or something similar), beacuse you found this: [1] I would like to ask you to restore this article, because it is not a copy rigth violation. As you can see on [2], the owner of this site is Brother Michael FFSC. He allowed me to put the translation who are made by him or some of his entourage on wikipedia. On the other hand, my brother and I gave him the french and englisch translations we made vor wikipedia for his site. Even on the mentioned site [2] it is written (in german) that the textes are free, if you mention the source. I am sorry to write only now and not before, but I do not speak ucrainian and so I am usually not on uk.wikipedia. I coudn't restore this article on uk.wiki because warnings about copyrigt violation wasn't the only reason for nomination. The first problem is that the name "Иаков" is impossible in ukrainian language (see ukrainian grammar) and nobody of us knows his correct name. The second problem is that the article was not written in encyclopedic manner - it was impossible to understand who was Иаков Вирт. For example if you write "Засновником нашого чернечого згромадження...", you must perceive that reader will not understand what community (or what Society) it is about. You must write at least the name of Society that Jakobus Wirth established. And the third problem, possibly th main problem is Notability. It was not shown in the article. The establishing of the notable Society could be notable but we must know at least what Society it was.

As I wrote before: I do not speak ucrainian, so I cannot rewrite an article someone (an ucrainian) gave me for wikipedia (and I cannot either not juge if the language of tha article is good or not). But until now, I tought wikipedia works as followed: if an article is not good, other people mad it better. So I would like to give yoou answers to your questions:

Name: This man was named Peter Wirth (in german). Peter is Петро. When he became a monk, he changed name to Jakobus. Jakob(us) ist Яків. (both following interwiki between de.wikipedia and uk.wikipedia.

Society: He is the founder of an congregation (religious order) into the catholic church. The name of this congregation (Конгрегація) is: Institutum Fratrum Franciscanium an Sancta Cruce loci Waldbreitbach (FFSC) (in latin) or in english: Congregation of the Franciscan Brothers of the Holy Cross.

Notability: Following to de.wikipedia, someone is notable, if some books are published about him or if his name is mentionned in an encyclopedia. From the list of books on de:Peter_Wirth, some are published by members of FFSC, so they are not relevant. But another one is published by a benedictian (Maura Böckeler OSB: Die Macht der Ohnmacht, Mainz 1980) and there are two encyclopaedias where Peter Wirth is mentionned (Kasper, Walter, (Hrsg.): Lexikon für Theologie und Kirche, Freiburg 1996 and Steinhauer, Eric: Wirth, Jakobus (Peter), in Biographisch-Bibliographisches Kirchenlexikon, 2001). So the article is about a notable person.

Resume: The article is relevant, just the language was bad. Is this a reason to delet it? I do not think so. Are the information I gave you enough to ameliorate the article? The problem was that nobody was able to improve the article and its condition before deletion was unacceptable. Not only because of a bad language but also because of a hardly understandible content. That's why it was deleted. Now I think with additional information the article could be rewritten. For the name I think would be prefferable Якоб (as Якоб Бернуллі = Jakob I. Bernoulli), and Петер (as Петер Грюнберг = Peter Grünberg) - as we usually transliterate germans names. For the notability two german encyclopaedias would be OK also. --А1 18:55, 18 листопада 2009 (UTC)
